Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lumenix, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. While we take utmost care to deliver high-quality products, we understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or return your order.
Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 5 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once your order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at support@lumenix.in with your Order ID and registered details.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video and share it with our support team at support@lumenix.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 working days.
  • Claims without video proof or made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • In case you receive a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and your Order ID.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

4. Dissatisfaction or Product Not as Expected

  • If you feel the product does not match its description or your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Our team will review the issue and decide the best course of action — a replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 9–15 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as shared by the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain categories such as personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or cancellation.
