Shipping Policy

At Lumenix, we aim to make your lighting experience seamless from checkout to doorstep. Every order is carefully packed, shipped through trusted courier partners, and tracked until it reaches you safely.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message.
  • A tracking link will be shared as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Partners

We ship through India’s most reliable courier networks, including:
Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket, depending on your location and pincode serviceability.

Delivery times may vary based on pincode, local restrictions, weather, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • Each product is packed using multi-layer protective packaging and air padding for extra safety.
  • We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible — safe for your lamp and for the planet.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking ID and courier details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

If your tracking shows “Out for Delivery” but you haven’t received it by evening, please contact us at support@lumenix.in.


7. Undelivered or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or marked “Returned to Sender”:

  • Our team will contact you to re-attempt delivery or issue a refund (for prepaid orders).
  • For any delivery issues, contact support@lumenix.in with your Order ID and registered phone number.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please share an unboxing video with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumenix.in.
  • After verification, we’ll send a replacement or initiate a refund (in case the product is out of stock) within 5–7 working days.

9. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to over 26,000+ pincodes across India.
If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
