5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@lumenix.in.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Lumenix shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or website access.
